Features:

Electrode Cap Grinding and Replacing Machine: This product adopts servo motor to precisely control the grinding process, which can realize current detection and abnormal feedback function. It can realize high-speed grinding with carbide coated blade and can be used for upper and lower electrodes of spot welding tongs. The electrode cap is also ground at the same time, and the polished electrode end face can ensure concentric anastomosis; for the completely scrapped electrode cap, the product can be automatically disassembled and replaced with a new electrode cap.
